2029 Online: Leveling Guide (Level1-10)

June 12, 2009 · Filed Under Guides, MMO, News, Online · Comment

The 2029 Online ( development team is a dedicated bunch.

They have done an amazing job in designing a game that will draw players into it without devolving into a point and click monster killing bore. The friendly multiple user interface, various prompt message windows and quick locate system will help you breeze through the game efficiently and complete quests without worrying about location coordinates or remembering map names, monsters or NPCs.

With this in mind the 2029 team has drawn up a step by step guide to get you from lowly Level 1 to slightly less lowly Level 10. It’s a small but important first step on your way to becoming a battle hardened warrior of Helen continent. Both main and side quests will be unveiled as you advance to Level 10, slowly drawing you deeper into the storyline and the conflict raging around you.

Gifts from the Alliance

From the first time you step into the game, you will be showered with gifts that will help you get started off right. One of them is the cool Corsair’s (players cannot use them until they hit Level 15, but they can certainly stand next to them to look cooler). Helmets, Armor and Weapons will also be sent to you as well.

The Alliance needs You!

The first quest is to talk to Newbie Trainer Karl. When the dialogue is finished, you will be asked to pick up some weapons based on your class. With these new weapons, you are ready to rock!

Whenever a quest is accepted, you can quickly and easily find your destination by clicking on the name of the monster in your quest log window. Tip: It saves a lot of time to complete all the available quests in your quest log window and then submit them together at the same time.

Leaving the Protection of the Nest

To start with, just focus on collecting quests and completing them. Teaming up with your friends will be an efficient way to level as well. After you hit Level 10, you are ready to seek more challenges in Bright City where you will experience real head to head combat in the Newbie Camp, Clone Factory, 3C Battleground and Sparring Arena.

New raid challenge in Runes of Magic

February 20, 2009 · Filed Under Business, Guides, MMO, News, Online, Strategy · Comment

Daily quest has players battling against huge minotaurs

A new challenge arises in Runes of Magic. From today with ‘Battle for Mystery’ a truly epic encounter awaits players in the high level area of the fantasy online role-play game.

This encounter follows the concept of the Daily Quests – tasks that are only accessible once a day – requiring a challenging battle with a world boss. The daily quest leads players out of the ‘Harf trading post’ to the ‘Mystical Altar’, a location up in the Ystra Highlands. This is where they have to overcome the sinister magician Samoge. In the course of the battle, two gigantic stone statues in the form of minotaurs are awakened and brought to life. However, the player ought not to wage the ‘Battle for Mystery’ on their own: nothing less than a combat troop of up to 36 players with a level of at least 45 are needed to bring Samoge to his knees. They will also be supported by envoys from the NPC faction ‘The Eye of Wisdom’ who have also placed a price on the magician’s head.

Considerable valuable rewards beckon to the raiding party in the event of a victory over the world boss Samoge and his enlivened helpers. Together with epic quality weapons and armaments, players will also bag rare scrolls to help them with rune interpretation which could also help them in increasing the value of their equipment.

Runes of Magic started the open beta with an English and a German version in the middle of December 2008. All interested players can now download the online-role playing game and enter into the fantasy world after creating an account for free on

Zu Online: Training on Treacherous Terrain

January 31, 2009 · Filed Under Guides, News, Online · Comment

Wan Mountain in Zu Online( ) was originally where the great master of the Sun Warriors, Master Mind, cultivated his spirit. The Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain originally took the leading role in the direction of the Good forces. However, after Master Mind ascended to heaven, the Flame Master conspired with dark forces, culminating in the incident with the Fire Vessel, and after driving the moderate Master Dazang away, he established his control over the Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain. Soon after that, the Flame Master was lured by Blood Demon into training the Bloodfire Strike ability and eventually leading to the corruption of the once revered Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain.

Wan Mountain is now a good place for Level 120+ players to train. Listed below are the most common, though not easy, monsters on Wan Mountain. Slay them and you will progress very quickly.

Ophidian Man (Level 120)
They belong to the same clan as the Snakey Men in Miracle Town. They escaped to Wan Mountain in a panic after hearing of the fall of Miracle Town.

Snailman (Level 125)
They escaped to Wan Mountain during the Turmoil of Sky Lake, but they became evil monsters after imbibing the tainted water in Sky Lake.

Elite Archer (Level 132)
They are very capable pawns of the Flame Master. The crossbow in their hand is a powerful talisman which can attack at will and hit an enemy critically every time.

Dryad (Level 137)

The Dryads have been living in the Charitable Woods for generations. They are all endowed with the Far-sight Spirit and therefore very gentle. Nevertheless, they have never shown mercy to invaders.

Mephet (Level 148)

They are very fierce, giant birds adopted by the Flame Master. They all have extremely tough wings.

Flame Master (Level 170)

The Flame Master was originally one of the most talented apprentices of Master Mind. He is very clever, but narrow-minded and always seeking to prevail over others. However, Master Dazang, who was one of his fellow apprentices, has often defeated him, leading to an intense rivalry.

The restoration of the dignity of the Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain, as well as your own training, is all up to you.

Tales of Pirates: Silver Mine Guide

January 19, 2009 · Filed Under Guides, News · Comment

In Tales of Pirates ( there are always a lot of newbie players. What will they experience during their training? Will they find it tedious or challenging? Are there good places for them to level up quickly? Now we will be introducing a fairyland called the Silver Mine.

The Silver Mine has a total of 3 floors with different monsters on each floor. The BOSSes here range from Level 30 to Level 50, have low defense and are easy to attack, so it is a good place for players to train. Included in the Silver Mine there are BOSSes like the Level 31 Vampire Bat, Level 35 Miner Mole, and Level 36 Mud Monster. Players between Level 20 and Level 40 can go there to challenge these BOSSes. In addition to the level 31-36 BOSSes, players will also find in Silver Mine2 the greater BOSSes like the Level 38 Ninja Mole and the level 46 Pumpkin Knight. It is recommended for players’ Level 40+ to go challenge them in a team.

The curvy road in the Silver Mine makes it so difficult to navigate that it’s almost like a maze. Players should find the portals to the different floors, or they can directly access it by using the Ticket to the Silver Mine. In the Silver Mine players can collect much more useful items, including the Pumpkin Head, the Mushroom Soup, the Lantern, the Mole Claw, the Ninja Sword, and the Demon Wings.

The Silver Mine is like a garden of opportunity for newbie players’, they can level up very quickly, they can find a mentor to help them, and they can also find warmhearted friends. It is very convenient place for players especially, newbie players. So if you want to start a new game, why not come and experience the Silver Mine in

Myth War II: Tips for Being a Millionaire

January 4, 2009 · Filed Under Guides, News · Comment

As players continue to play Myth War II, one of the most common questions is how to get fast money. Today the folks behind MW2 are going to teach everyone how to make some easy money.

Fast Money Wins 1: 100-ring Integral Quest
Players can receive this quest from Duan at Demon Square and will earn 100 Integrals worth about 1,500,000 to 1,800,000 game gold every time they save NPCs in trouble.
Players stand a high chance of getting Dragon Stones that can be sold to an NPC for 630,000 game gold or to other players without set prices. If they are lucky and meet someone who is rich and generous, they could make up to 2,000,000 game gold. This quest is easy to handle and suitable for players Level 30+. Here are some tips and tricks to remember when questing:

1.Keep track of the location entry on your teleport scrolls.

2. Find your own rhythm while questing.

Fast Money Wins 2: Combat Thieves and win Integrals

It will be a lot easier for players if they follow the rules set for this quest. Go to the bar in Woodlingor to receive the quest and fight the Thief, Thief Boss and Girl Thief to win Integrals. These guys are not high maintenance and players should be able to take them down without much effort. Complete the quest in solo or party and get some pet eggs. The quest is designed in a turn based system. More integrals will be scored in the first 10 rounds. That’s means players may win a lot of game gold during these 10 rounds.
