In late 2010, MMOCraze (www.mmocraze.com) partnered up with ChangYou to do a giveaway to further promote itself as a brand new media site in the MMO gaming community.  Vowing to provide gaming news that no other gaming site would have the courage to post up.  3 years later, things have changed and MMOCraze has decided to rebrand itself in a whole new way: taking advantage of user-generated content.

“You see a lot of games struggling to see spotlight in the community nowadays.  It’s the media that controls what content the community gets to see.” Thomas Watson, Founder of MMOCraze says.  “My goal is to provide gaming news that is not only interesting and cool but is also from those who makes games possible: the users.”  MMOCraze now allows people to register an account on the site and submit their own news, whether it’s an actual press release, editorial, video, or link.

On the newly changed site, users can view Top MMO Games of their favorite genre such as FPS and Strategy as well as new giveaways that have been hosted on the site.  Game companies and PR agencies who represent game companies who are struggling to promote their games can reach out and promote any games they have on the site easily and instantly with a click of a button.
