Frogster America celebrates Independence Day with new Runes of Magic server
New Server Kicks-Off Weekend of Celebration Including In-Game Fireworks, Item Shop Specials, Online Item Quest and More
Frogster America, Inc. announced the company’s plans for celebrating Independence Day in Runes of Magic, the Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) game that is redefining the standard for free-to-play titles. With a new PVE server ‘Reni’ opening, the company will have the ability to handle more players as the population continues to grow. The new server opening also gives players the opportunity to get in the game and be the first to complete quests, reach the highest level, and build their reputation. In celebration of the Independence Day holiday, Frogster America will also feature 75% off item shop specials, and for a single diamond, players of all levels can get a bundle of fireworks and join in the festivities. Finally, a levelling contest for players and guilds will be held on the new server.
“We want to celebrate the Independence Day holiday with the Runes of Magic community and we’ve come up with a lot of ways for everyone to have fun,” said Lars Koschin, CEO of Frogster America, Inc. “We’re already planning a lot more events for our players in the coming months as Runes of Magic continues to grow in popularity.”
The new server opening and in-game fireworks coincide with the second leg of an online quest that Frogster America is operating with partners across the internet. Players can visit participating sites and get one of 5,000 exclusive items for their in-game character. The exclusive items are part of a set of five pieces that if collected from each partner site, give an even greater bonus to the player’s in-game character.
Runes of Magic
With an extensive range of features, and more than 1.4 Million registered players in North America and Europe, Runes of Magic is redefining the standard for free-to-play titles. Players can choose between six main classes and combined with a secondary class, choose to create a character from 30 character class combinations.
