Wan Mountain in Zu Online( http://zu.igg.com/ ) was originally where the great master of the Sun Warriors, Master Mind, cultivated his spirit. The Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain originally took the leading role in the direction of the Good forces. However, after Master Mind ascended to heaven, the Flame Master conspired with dark forces, culminating in the incident with the Fire Vessel, and after driving the moderate Master Dazang away, he established his control over the Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain. Soon after that, the Flame Master was lured by Blood Demon into training the Bloodfire Strike ability and eventually leading to the corruption of the once revered Sun Warriors of Wan Mountain.
Wan Mountain is now a good place for Level 120+ players to train. Listed below are the most common, though not easy, monsters on Wan Mountain. Slay them and you will progress very quickly.
Ophidian Man (Level 120)
They belong to the same clan as the Snakey Men in Miracle Town. They escaped to Wan Mountain in a panic after hearing of the fall of Miracle Town.
Snailman (Level 125)
They escaped to Wan Mountain during the Turmoil of Sky Lake, but they became evil monsters after imbibing the tainted water in Sky Lake.
Elite Archer (Level 132)
They are very capable pawns of the Flame Master. The crossbow in their hand is a powerful talisman which can attack at will and hit an enemy critically every time.
Dryad (Level 137)
The Dryads have been living in the Charitable Woods for generations. They are all endowed with the Far-sight Spirit and therefore very gentle. Nevertheless, they have never shown mercy to invaders.
Mephet (Level 148)
They are very fierce, giant birds adopted by the Flame Master. They all have extremely tough wings.
Flame Master (Level 170)
The Flame Master was originally one of the most talented apprentices of Master Mind. He is very clever, but narrow-minded and always seeking to prevail over others. However, Master Dazang, who was one of his fellow apprentices, has often defeated him, leading to an intense rivalry.

The Armies of WAR Prepare to Go Berserk Over Dwarf Slayer and Orc Choppa Careers, New ‘Land of the Dead’ Dungeon Zone, and Live Events
GOA and Mythic Entertainment, an Electronic Arts Inc. studio, announced the new “Call to Arms” live expansion for its award-winning MMORPG, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (WAR). Call to Arms will introduce an array of new content for WAR players, including two highly anticipated new careers – the Orc Choppa and the Dwarf Slayer – and a new dungeon zone called “Land of the Dead,” set in the desert realm of the Tomb Kings.

Bitter Rivals Answer the Call to Arms!
The Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer may be bitter enemies, but they have at least one thing in common: they live, eat, and breathe close-quarters melee combat. Choppas are ornery and savage, with a one track mind dead seat on bashin’ heads! This savage dedication makes them ferocious fighters, wreaking havoc throughout enemy lines purely for the sake of satisfying their own self-indulgent bloodlust.
The Slayer is driven by a solemn oath to atone for past sins through an honorable death in combat. However, Dwarfs are a stubborn folk and dying quietly is simply not in their nature. Slayers therefore become ruthless and terrifying fighters, throwing themselves into battle with no regard for their own well-being.

December Software Sales Help Set New Record
Overall computer and video game industry hardware, software and peripheral sales climbed to $21 billion in 2008, with entertainment software sales comprising $11.7 billion of that total figure — a 22.9% jump over the previous year — the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) announced today. The industry set the new record, calculated by market-research firm NPD Group, on the strength of a December sales month in which industry revenue ($5.3 billion) topped $5 billion for the first time in any single month. By comparison, as recently as 1997, the industry generated $5.1 billion over the entire year.
“Even in difficult economic times, the video game industry continues to support our country’s local, state and national economies with record-breaking sales figures and rapid technological innovation,” said Michael D. Gallagher, president and CEO of the ESA, the trade association representing U.S. computer and video game publishers. “Our industry’s exceptional creators, artists, and storytellers, coupled with a commitment to providing unparalleled entertainment, have fueled high-octane growth, turning video games into the most sought-after medium on the market today.”
“The $11.7 billion in software sales generated in 2008 is more than total industry revenues were in 2005, but even with the strong market growth of the gaming industry over the past few years, what we are seeing is an accumulation of more sales by a select group of titles,” said Anita Frazier, industry analyst, The NPD Group. “In 2005, when the current console generation began to be introduced, the top 20 games of the year accounted for 9 percent of total unit sales. Today, the top 20 account for 15 percent of total unit sales.”
The NPD Group revealed that, in 2008, total U.S. video game console software sales reached $8.9 billion (189.0 million units), PC game sales hit $701.4 million (29.1 million units), and portable software topped last year’s record sales with $2.1 billion (79.5 million units) in revenue. Overall, retailers sold approximately 297.6 million computer and video games last year.
In 2008, family-friendly video games once again dominated the market, with games that the Entertainment Software Rating Board rated “Everyone 10+” and lower accounting for over half of all sales.(1) Games rated “T” for “Teen,” meanwhile, accounted for 26.7 percent of all sales, while “Mature (M)” games made up only 15.9 percent of the market. Underscoring the trend, the “Family Entertainment” video game category again finished the year as the most popular game genre, with more than 19 percent of all sales.

OGPlanet, a publisher of massively multiplayer online games, announced the Nevareth Arcade System for its popular MMORPG, CABAL Online. This system, referred to as NAS for short, acts like a capsule machine, adding a fun spin to the game.
To play NAS, players must purchase or win Silver or Bronze Tickets that can be redeemed for Medals. A free 2D steampunk MMORPG, Golemizer requires no download or plug-in to play and features a rich sandbox environment.
Opening doors to a new way of playing in Golemizer, the weapon system allows players to enter combat side by side with the golems they have created.

Difference 1: New Professions VS Non Profession Directions
Compared to the old version, which doesn’t have the distinct directions of the profession development, the new version offers 5 specific professions for players to choose from, based on the most special skills of the old version. In doing so, not only is the powerful skill system maintained, but players also have a distinct direction in which to develop.
Difference 2: More mall items available in the game
In the past, we tried hard to but didn’t totally solve the contradiction between mall items and in-game items until the release of the new version. Players now have a much better chance to obtain those items which previously could only be purchased in the Item Mall. In doing so, the “Free to Play” promise is really being kept.
Difference 3: Merchant Alliance System VS Simply Guild System
The Merchant Alliance system is the highlight of the new version. Players will not only represent their guilds in fights, but also their Merchant Alliances. So wars are no longer just limited to guilds or individuals. You will be able to join in wars on a far larger scale. Fiercer, more cruel, and more involving.
Difference 4: More Instances
Many newly added instances will solve the problem of powerful guilds monopolizing the instances. Many precious and useful items can be obtained in these new instances, and most of the players will have the chance to obtain them. The differences between rich and poor, low-level and high-level will become less important.
Generally speaking, much of the original content of the game hasn’t been changed instead some new elements such as new professions, new skills, new items, new instances, and new maps have been added. In addition, the game-play environment has had many aspects improved.

Black and gold will reign supreme in Tampa Bay, according to the official EA SPORTS simulation of Super Bowl XLIII by Madden NFL 09. According to the award-winning video game, the Pittsburgh Steelers will win an unprecedented sixth Super Bowl title in a tightly contested game against the Arizona Cardinals, by a final score of 28-24.
Holding off a fourth quarter comeback by the Cardinals, the Steelers bring the Vince Lombardi trophy back to the Steel City for the second time in the past four years and for a sixth time in franchise history, setting an NFL record.
Madden NFL 09 is the most authentic and adaptable game in sports video game history, and utilizing each team’s current roster and the latest player statistics, EA SPORTS matched the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals in a simulation of Super Bowl XLIII. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 3 touchdowns and was named the Super Bowl MVP; joining teammate Hines Ward who was the Super Bowl XL MVP. Steelers coach, Mike Tomlin, became the youngest coach in NFL history to win a Super Bowl, at the age of 36.
The start of Super Bowl XLIII became a defensive struggle, but Pittsburgh put the first points up with a 10-yard touchdown reception to Santonio Holmes, with less than two minutes left in the first quarter.
The Cardinals returned the favor with their reinvigorated running game as Edgerrin James diced through the vaunted Steelers defense with 8-yard touchdown run, near the start of the second quarter. Pittsburgh, showing great balance, quickly swung the momentum in their favor with two consecutive touchdowns – a 10-yard scamper by “Fast” Willie Parker, and a 13-yard strike to Hines Ward. The Steelers headed into halftime with a 21-7 lead and the route appeared to be on.
Despite their high-powered air attack, Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt, kept to the successful running attack as the third quarter opened. The Cardinals made a statement as again they punctured the Steel Curtain with an Edgerrin James 14-yard touchdown run; drawing the score to 21-14. The Steelers, unfazed, looked like they had potentially put the Cards down for good with Santonio Holmes’s second touchdown reception. At the close of the third quarter, the score was 28-14 in favor of Pittsburgh.
Taking a page from the Steelers defense, the Cardinals held tough and would not surrender any additional points. This coupled with Pro-Bowl receiver, Larry Fitzgerald’s 15-yard touchdown catch midway through the 4th, brought the Cards within seven points. Neil Rackers added a 45-yard field goal with 3:15 remaining in the game, closing the gap to 28-24. On the following possession, Pittsburgh was able to break through for a few first downs; leaving the Arizona comeback short.
